We currently offer free curbside delivery to select regions within the UK Mainland — including the Midlands and surrounding areas.

We do not deliver to the following areas:

• Northern Ireland (BT)

• Channel Islands (GY, JE)

• Isle of Man (IM)

• Scottish Highlands and Islands (AB, DD, HS, IV, KA27–KA28, KW, PA, PH, ZE)

If your address falls within any of these postcode zones, please do not place an order. Contact us first to check availability — orders to restricted areas may be cancelled and refunded.

📦 Delivery Method

• Standard curbside delivery only — no room-of-choice, indoor placement, or assembly.

• Smaller items are delivered by parcel couriers without prior notice.

• Larger items will arrive via freight carriers, with advance contact for scheduling.

❗ Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable for a scheduled delivery and redelivery is required:

• A £50 redelivery fee may apply for large-item shipments.

• Parcel couriers usually provide redelivery options free of charge.

• Damage: Must be reported within 48 hours

• Faults: Must be reported within 14 days
