At FurniDrop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms below.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To qualify:

  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in a resalable condition.

  • Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our customer service team.

🧾 Items not returned in original or secure packaging may incur a 15% restocking/repackaging fee, deducted from your refund.


Return Methods & Shipping Costs

We accept returns via:

  • Drop-off locations

  • In-store

  • By mail (e.g. for home accessories or smaller items)

🚚 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless:

  • The item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If your item qualifies for a return:

  • We'll guide you through the process and confirm your return authorization.


Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges.

You can request an exchange for:

  • The same product (different size, color, or a replacement for a minor defect)

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and stock must be available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described:

  1. Contact us before assembly or use.

  2. Send clear photos and a short description of the issue.

We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

⚠️ We are not responsible for damage caused during assembly or misuse.


Natural Product Variations

Some variation in grain, color, or texture is normal due to natural materials and is not considered a defect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed within 10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Any applicable restocking fees (15%) will be deducted
