Refund Policy

All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

If you return an item, your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the item. If your order is cancelled before dispatch, your refund will be processed immediately after confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.

  • To cancel, contact us at support@furnidrop.co.uk or call 0203 916 6420.

  • If the item has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery. In this case, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

  • If the item has been delivered and accepted, contact us within 30 calendar days to initiate a return.

⚠️ Please note: Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.
